Why? I can only conclude this it natural that most people search for such products in second person as these products are overwhelmingly advertised in such a away. Like how to reduce your weight to how to increase your height. People have a tendency to search like this because they have been bombarded with ads and messages like that. But someone truly in pain will use the word my to get their ex back due to their state of mind and so are more likely to buy that product.
